Check ink
transfer:- Printer is operational, circulating pump is running- actuate
print cycle- stop print cycle with button Stop, after print roller has made
one complete cycle - open Plexiglas door and remove print plate - view letters
for proper inking by holding plate against light, if necessary, replace
letters or part of letters. Insert print plate and perform a "TEST PRINT"-
if result is still unsatisfactory adjust guide rails in such a way that
the print roller has increased pressure on the print plate as per sec. CAUTION:
Make only minor adjustments to avoid an unclean print image. |
